Frank is a Distribution and marketing professional. For 20 years he is in the MI Industry. Frank worked as Sales and Business Development Manager for Top Brands like Korg, Denon DJ, Akai, KRK, and many more. Now he is in the position of managing director of RAVE SPACE.

KYLE BAGLEY
Kyle Bagley is a lifelong musician originally from the U.S. He's been living and working in China for over five years, and is an expert on the local market and music industry. He holds a master’s degree in the music business and has nearly a decade of experience in managing social media for brands and artists.

Huanyin International is a digitally focused entertainment company engaging in artist management, investment and production of events and festivals, music publicity and distribution, internet marketing, and more.
Huanyin International is also the largest vertical electronic music MCN organization on Douyin and Kuaishou platforms, with more than 100 million fans. Huanyin International has trained many famous DJs in China, including DJ Tracy and Umi. It aims to reshape and further the development of electronic music culture in China.

NATALIE CARLSON
Natalie’s love of music and good fortune to make it a career began in the grunge streets of Seattle, and later on to Los Angeles where she worked her way up from local retail record shop to labels and distribution.
With diverse roles at several independent-minded companies, from Indie buyer at Aron’s Records to Label Manager at Alternative Distribution Alliance (ADA), and General Manager at Grand Royal Records, Natalie currently runs the Los Angeles office at Zebralution Digital Media Distribution - a leader in the independent digital distribution space worldwide.
Natalie holds a master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird Graduate School and has many years of experience managing projects and artists globally - especially in North America, UK/Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.
Zebralution represents a diverse repertoire of artists and genres from its headquarters in Berlin with offices in six countries. With partners the world over, Zebralution is pleased to offer services in China and the wider Asian markets.

REGGIE BA-PE III
Reggie is the co-founder of Club Media, an entertainment company at the intersection of production, youth culture, and emerging tech. Club Media has quickly established itself as a leading youth culture video and music production company. In addition, Club Media is actively building the future of entertainment. From developing and managing virtual avatars to utilizing the latest video technologies, Club Media aims to evolve the cultural landscape across Asia.
Prior to Club Media, Reggie was formerly the creative director and general manager of 88rising, founder of seminal Shanghai venues Arkham and Arcade, and event promotions company S.T.D. His experience and insights have led to several notable speaking engagements around the world including SXSW, MIDEM, All That Matters, EDC, WAM, Big Sound, OYA, and Forbes.

单蔚 SHAN WEI
Shan Wei is the chief director of Midi Music Festival (the first-ever outdoor music festival in China). He has been passionate about rock music for over 20 years and has become the witness of Chinese contemporary music and youth culture development.
Starting as a music producer at China Radio International, then becoming an organizer of the Beijing Pop Festival, and finally joining the Midi team in 2009, Shan Wei expanded Midi’s territory to an outdoor music festival, music education and performance management, etc.

STEPHEN DOWLER
Heading up ventures for major indie label Monstercat in the Asia Pacific, Stephen is responsible for everything from getting the music on to the platforms used in Asia's diverse streaming landscape, to promoting Monstercat music, to developing localized communities and finding artists in the region to share with the rest of the world. After playing a key role in developing the music industry in China with A2liVE, Midi, Kanjian, and Monstercat living there for over a decade.
Stephen relocated to Singapore to set up Monstercat's Asia Pacific office. As the brand manager for the Asia Pacific, Stephen is integral in developing the strategy for how each country is engaged within Asia and has set up a number of partnerships throughout China, Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, and Indonesia thus far.
